By setting up a Planned Maintenance Agreement customized to your equipment and specifications, you can rest easy knowing that all your heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment is in prime condition and running at peak efficiency all year long. Our Planned Maintenance Agreements provide scheduled twice a year service checkups that include all filter replacements as well as include very thorough summer (cooling season) and winter (heating season) checkups to ensure that your equipment is performing at its best. These crucial check ups often prevent repair problems before they occur saving you hundreds or even thousands of dollars on replacement units or major repairs. And if repairs must be done, our Planned Maintenance Agreements include a 10% DISCOUNT on all replacement parts for the life of the agreement.
